How do we train for MMA competitions? Why don't our fighters get tired in the cage (or in the ring)? Are you looking to get amazing strength and conditioning? In this article, we'll discuss our Shark Tank Training method that we use for all of our Fusion Fight Team members to ensure they perform at peak performance.
What is Shark Tank Training?
We call it the Shark Tank because it's a grueling workout designed to break you down and push yourself to new limits. During our sparring workouts one fighter will remain in the ring for 5 rounds, each round lasting from 3-5 minutes (depending on their fight). Though the fighter will stay in the ring the entire time, a new partner will jump in for each round. This ensures a fresh partner ready to push our competitors! When you're in there, you'll feel like we threw you to the sharks!
Who uses Shark Tank Training?
Anyone who is getting ready for a competition will be put through this type of training. This includes Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA, Brazilian Ju Jitsu, Wrestling and any other combat sport. The goal is to ensure our competitors are in top shape!
