Fusion X-Training – is a full body conditioning workout incorporating both Circuit, and HIIT training styles. In this class we teach exercise fundamentals utilizing free weights, kettlebells, BOSU balls, battle ropes and much more. Our goal is to enhance your training experience and give you the tools to help you become the best version of you.
