Check out Amy doing Sprawl Drills on the heavy bag during a Fusion Kickboxing Class at our Port Jefferson Station, NY location! The combination used in this video is Sprawl-Jab-Cross-Lead Kick-Rear Knee. You can do this on a Boxing heavy bag or in the air at the gym or home. Similar to a burpee, the sprawl involves dropping to the floor and standing back up with your hands at your chin. Unlike a burpee there is no jump or push-up. Try it out for reps or for a timed set when you need a finisher for your Kick Boxing workout!
