Deadlift for Strength
Do you weight lift? If you don't, you should, and if you do, you better be deadlifting! The deadliftis a total body strength exercise that allows you to move a large amount of weight. Since it engages so many muscles, it will stimulate muscle growth throughout the entire body! This amazing lift hits the hamstrings, glues, lower back, lats and core.
